​Our Social Media Sharing Agreement lets you support coaches and the platform by allowing them to publicly share your lesson content which expands their social media reach.

This Agreement is made between:

• The Company: My Sport Guru, operating the online marketplace platform.

• The Coach: The coach providing lessons on the platform.

• The Client: The individual purchasing coaching services through the platform.

GRANT OF RIGHTS

The Client grants My Sport Guru and the Coach a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, share, and display their content, including videos, images, and feedback ("Content"), for marketing and promotional purposes on social media and other digital platforms.

PURPOSE OF USE

• The Content may be posted on any social media platform or digital marketing channel.

• There is no obligation for My Sport Guru or the Coach to post the Content at all, mention or tag the Client, or post it within a specific timeframe.

• The right to use the Content does not expire.

NO APPROVAL OR COMPENSATION

• The Client acknowledges that they will not receive any financial compensation for the use of their Content.

• My Sport Guru and the Coach are not required to seek the Client’s approval before posting the Content.

PUBLIC IDENTIFICATION & CONTENT NATURE

• The Content posted may personally identify the Client.

• The Content may highlight areas for improvement in the Client’s performance, and this information will become publicly available.

REVOCATION OF CONSENT

The Client may request the removal of their Content from My Sport Guru's active social media accounts by contacting the Company. While reasonable efforts will be made to remove future posts, previously shared Content may remain publicly accessible.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

The Client releases My Sport Guru and the Coach from any claims, demands, or liabilities arising from the use of the Content as described in this Agreement.

GOVERNING LAW

This Agreement is governed by the laws of New Zealand.

​

AGREEMENT ACKNOWLEDGEMENT

By agreeing to this Social Media Sharing Agreement, the Client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and consented to the use of their Content as outlined above.
