• The information submitted to Coaches in Orders which includes videos and images that can identify people and locations, and any other information you provide.

• The Coaches' response to the Lesson about the Client.

• Any dialogue between the Coach and the Client which is conducted on the Site.

• Public feedback Clients provide to Coaches.

• A history of Orders and Lessons.

• Financial information as required by law, to mitigate fraud and collect payment.

• Information about your device and internet connection, such as your IP address and browser type.

• Technical audit information such as when you last logged in.

We may collect this information directly from you or from Third Party sources, such as the Coaches, or Third Party systems connected with us.

The Site reserves the right to enable a feature whereby Clients can rate and review the Coach when a Lesson has been Completed between both Members. This information will be publicly available and personally identify both the Coach and the Client if the Client chooses to use this feature.

We retain your data, including personal information collected during account creation and Order processing, for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, such as Order processing, customer support, site access, and legal compliance.
