Laura specialises in swim coaching for competitive swimmers, open water swimmers, masters athletes and triathletes. As a Registered Nurse and qualified personal trainer, Laura prides herself on being a curious and collaborative coach who seeks to understand her clients goals and create a plan to help move them forward. She works with a range of abilities, from novice swimming who want to feel less breathless through to elite performers.

What You’ll Receive:
- A technical assessment of your stroke.
- 2 to 3 key areas to focus on to improve technique.
How It Works:
- Visit your local pool with a phone or underwater camera. Ask a friend or lifeguard to film you from different angles.
- Capture 20 seconds of footage at race pace.
- Essential: Above-water, front view

- Recommended: Underwater, side view
- Recommended: Underwater, front view
- Recommended: Birds eye
